GraceMark teamed up again with Oppenheim Property Fund Management to acquire this prime located building in St James’s.

The existing buildings, extending to 15,500 sq ft, were leased for two years while planning consent was obtained for a full redevelopment.

The new scheme, providing approximately 20,000 sq ft of retail, office and residential accommodation, has subsequently been completed. The retail was pre-let to Charles Tyrwhitt as their flagship store for a record rent and the building was sold upon completion to a private investor.
