Pall Mall – London SW1

We acquired the head lease of 80 Pall Mall from Morley Fund Management in our second joint venture with GE Real Estate. After two years the 32,000 sq ft building was vacated and we completed a scheme to reconfigure the core areas and extend the building by some 5,000 sq ft.

The building was prelet on a long term lease to leading international private equity firm Permira. It was subsequently sold to a German Pension Fund.
