Located close to Regent Street, 4 Cavendish Square was acquired in a joint venture with Wharton Asset Management.

The comprehensive refurbishment of this 11,500 sq ft Grade 2 listed building included the complete replacement of plant and services to provide air conditioned offices and a full renovation of its spacious entrance hall to a contemporary design.

The building was sold to an owner occupier.
