GraceMark acquired 52 Conduit Street, London W1 in a joint venture with GE Commercial Finance.  This prime Mayfair property was refurbished to provide 13,000 sq. ft. of offices above an existing retail unit.  A significant increase in the net internal floor area was achieved through the removal of internal walls and reconfiguration of core areas.  The offices were let in separate floors within 4 months, the retail rent reviewed and the building sold to a major UK Institution, delivering an exceptional ungeared return.
