GraceMark refurbished a prime located 1950’s building at 10 Brook Street in a joint venture with German fund, Oppenheim Property Fund Management. The building was extended by some 3,000 sq. ft., including the provision of an additional floor, to provide a total of approximately 19,000 sq. ft. of retail and office accommodation.

The property was leased at record rents to a variety of financial boutiques.
