80 Cannon Street in located next to Cannon Street station and comprises of 50,360 sq ft over nine floors. We remodelled the space in a floor by floor process to allow the majority of the tenants to remain in the building during the process. The building was designed to distribute the weight through the site so that the Jubilee line could be extended under it. The exo skeleton was designed to carry water for cooling in the event of a fire.
