This 26,000 sq ft building located in the City of London’s core was bought in a joint venture with Wharton Asset Management. Although it was acquired with the benefit of planning consent for a conversion to a hotel, GraceMark prepared a revised scheme comprising office accommodation benefiting from column free and regular shaped floors of approximately 3,500 sq. ft. each.

The property was subsequently sold to an institutional investor.
